 To make the most of your appointment, please:

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete paperwork (if applicable).
• Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card.
• Provide a list of your current medications and any relevant medical history.
• Wear comfortable clothing and footwear (especially if you’re coming for an issue related to walking or mobility).
• Think about your goals—whether it’s reducing pain, staying active, or recovering from an injury—so we can focus on what matters most to you.

In addition, we are proud to have a separate advanced imaging center equipped with state-of-the-art tools, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and diagnostic ultrasound. This allows us to expedite imaging orders whenever possible and provide quick, accurate diagnoses. Please note that due to the high demand and the involvement of three fellowship-trained interventional radiologists, imaging studies may need to be scheduled for a later time depending on staff and procedural schedules.
