Our clinic provides outpatient management of foot and ankle wounds and inpatient care when needed at local hospitals, ensuring seamless care from diagnosis to recovery. As a wound specialist Dr. Rockwood provides wound care treatment and foot wound care to keep you in motion.  We have access to all local hospitals and specialists, enabling us to offer a multidisciplinary approach to wound care in Provo and surrounding areas of Lindon and Orem.  We have an advance diagnostic imaging center at BlueRock Imaging to provide the latest in x-ray, MRI, CT, and vascular venous and arterial ultrasound studies. 

For patients with severe infections or critical injuries, limb salvage surgery is a priority. We employ advanced procedures and wound care treatment to preserve limbs and prevent amputation, enhancing our patients' mobility and independence.  As a wound specialist  and providing foot wound care for more than two decades, we can help patients in Provo, Lindon and Orem areas get results.

Dr. Rockwood received fellowship training at the home of external ring fixation,   Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics, in Kurgan, Russia.  He has experience with hundreds  of cases using external ring fixation in surgery.  The recent application of total talus replacement, tibial boot cages, and the ability to salvage severe bone loss and injury has expanded the ability to save limbs.  An individualized treatment plans can change a life and the future is expanding to help with many other options.

Preventative care is crucial for maintaining foot health and preventing wounds. We provide education and guidance on daily foot inspections, proper footwear, and other measures to reduce the risk of complications.

Dr. Jason Rockwood's extensive training and over 20 years of experience make him uniquely qualified to manage complex foot and ankle wounds. During his training at Yale University Hospital and Palmetto General Hospital, Dr. Rockwood treated thousands of wounds and coordinated care with Hyperbaric Medicine, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, and Vascular Surgeons. He has advanced training in nerve decompression surgery for patients with chronic pain associated with peripheral neuropathy, learning from Dr. Lee Dellon from Johns Hopkins University.
